Learn how to connect with potential customers and valued colleagues through compelling stories.
Our next Working Breakfast event will be on Wednesday, October 30, with Entrepreneur and Lecturer, Eoin McAuley.
Although often considered in relation to entertainment, storytelling holds an effective role in spreading awareness of your brand and reaching your target audience. Why entrepreneurs need this
Customers and audiences have never been more engaged with social media than today. It is every business’s goal in the 21st-century to effectively utilise and manage their social media presence to effectively engage their target audience and lead to healthy customer conversion.
But no individual ever logs online to seek out ads and many often try to avoid those that are embedded in our favourite media platforms.
So how can the savvy entrepreneur effectively navigate this virtual terrain?
Key to this will be understanding:
1.) Emotive content is among the most shared content online- we share because we care.
2.) We engage more with content that teaches us something useful- we share that which makes us appear knowledgeable.
3.) We may not be the intended audience/customer for the product/service advertised but the persuasiveness (the “story”) of the advert may incentivise us to share the content with parties that we know may be interested- we do not have to have a shared interest in order to share our interest,
Conclusion
We are all connected by stories. Effective storytelling can lead to strong communication and improve our sales skills.
So join us on Wednesday 30th October—and start your story’s journey!
We hope this blog post gives deeper insight into why attending our upcoming event would benefit anyone serious about developing storytelling within their brand.
